Activity Schedule Reports allow you to generate reports on the activities that have been scheduled at your Property, for a specified period of time. These Reports are further broken down into the categories of by Attendant, by Facility or by Type, allowing you to be extremely specific in the details you are generating. This means that you can ensure that your activities take place as efficiently and as profitably as possible, and can easily see where you might wish to add or change anything associated with your activities (such as hiring a new staff member that can perform certain tasks, or re-purposing a poorly used facility).
The Activity Schedule Report (by Type) allows you to generate a report on the ACTIVITIES PERFORMED for a specified period of time.
The types of Activities available to view on the Report will be dependent on the Schedule Types configured for your Property. Schedule Types may include your Spa, or cover your transportation resources. Perhaps you have golf or tennis coaches and facilities available that may be scheduled for classes. Schedule Types configuration allows you to configure the type of activities available and the rooms, vehicles, or other resources to be used for the configured activities to suit your Property, and may be done at any time if you have the appropriate access/authorization. This selection is part of the Property and System Configuration area of Skyware.
Once generated, this report groups all activities for the chosen Schedule Type, showing the start/end activity date/time, attendant, facility used in the activity, and any comments associated with the activity.

Depending on your Property's configuration, you may be able to access the Activities Menu directly from the Quick Menu.
Select Other from the Quick Menu on the left to be taken to the Other Front Desk Tasks Menu.
Or select Other => from the Other section (bottom right) of the Full Menu.
Click the icon on the left for the Full menu.
This will display the Full menu in a tabular form, with four sections, Registration, Status, Cashier and Other.
From the Other Section, select Other =>.
This will display the Other Front Desk Tasks Menu, which has four sections, Other List 1, Other List 2, Documents and Web.
Select Activities from the Other Front Desk Tasks menu, Other List 1 section.
This will open the Activities Menu, which has two sections, Items and Reports.
The Activity Schedule Report (by Type) is in the Reports section.
When selected, the Activity Schedule Report (by Type) screen will open.
Date Range: Select a Start Date and an End Date for the report. You may use the drop-down menus to select year, month and day, or click on the calendar icon to select the date range.
Select the Schedule: This is a drop-down menu of all the available Schedule Types for your Activities. Choose the one you wish to have displayed.
Select the Type: This is a scrollable menu listing all your available activities (or the option ALL) associated with the chosen Schedule Type. By default the option -ALL- is selected.
Select which activities you wish to see information on in the report.
When finished, click the orange button Show the Report.
Once generated, the report lists all the selected activities, showing the activity start and end date/time, the attendant associated with the activity, the facility name where the activity is performed, and any comments associated with the activity.

By default, the report is generated in PDF form and opens in a separate browser window. From there you can select to save or print the report, among other options. You can, instead, check the Generate report to excel checkbox to generate the report in HTML for downloading to excel instead of PDF.
